To maintain this limited warranty, the product must be operated and maintained in accordance with the care and operation instructions. Abuse, accidental damage, alterations, negligence,Ā inadequate careĀ or wear and tear are not covered by limited warranty.Ā Further, Tom VoyagerĀ will not be responsible for loss or damage connected to the use of its product.Ā 

If you purchased your bagĀ within six months and notice a defect, contact us with your personal details, your productā€™s details (name, colour, defect), and purchase date.

If the product was deemed to be damaged due to misuse, unfortunately it will not be able to be replaced, however, should the product be acknowledged as defective beyond use, an exchange will be permitted. Refunds are not permitted under the Tom VoyagerĀ limited warranty.

We offer a 15 day free returns & exchanges policy.

We will exchange/refund your product free of charge. We only ask that you cover the shipping fee back to us. SimplyĀ visit our returns centre and fillĀ in your details (email address and order number) and we will email you all the instructions to process your exchange/refund.

Please note:

OnlyĀ undamaged, unused and original (no customisations or engravings) productsĀ will be accepted to qualify for an exchange or refund.

Warranties will also be upheld if all requirements are met.
