All of our bags come with a 6 month standard warranty from the date of purchase.
To maintain this limited warranty, the product must be operated and maintained in accordance with the care and operation instructions. Abuse, accidental damage, alterations, negligence, inadequate care or wear and tear are not covered by limited warranty. Further, Tom Voyager will not be responsible for loss or damage connected to the use of its product. If you purchased your bag within six months and notice a defect, contact us with your personal details, your product’s details (name, colour, defect), and purchase date. If the product was deemed to be damaged due to misuse, unfortunately it will not be able to be replaced, however, should the product be acknowledged as defective beyond use, an exchange will be permitted. Refunds are not permitted under the Tom Voyager limited warranty.
We offer a 15 day free returns & exchanges policy.
We will exchange/refund your product free of charge. We only ask that you cover the shipping fee back to us. Simply visit our returns centre and fill in your details (email address and order number) and we will email you all the instructions to process your exchange/refund.
Only undamaged, unused and original (no customisations or engravings) products will be accepted to qualify for an exchange or refund.
