Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7 day free returns & exchanges policy.
- To initiate an exchange or refund process, kindly send an email to info@tomvoyager.co.za or utilize our contact form by providing your essential details (email address, contact number, and order number) along with the reason for the exchange/refund.

We will make arrangements for the item's collection via a courier service. Alternatively, should you prefer, you may opt to ship the item back to us. For your convenience, we will send you an email containing a shipping label that you can print out and attach to the package.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will proceed with either sending you a replacement or processing a refund. Please note that in the case of a refund, we kindly request that you cover the shipping fee for sending the product back to our facility. Kindly note that the 7 day free returns & exchange policy applies to online orders only and not in-store orders.
- In-store orders are subject to a store credit (you can exchange for any item or items up to the same value of initial purchase amount) and is valid for 6 months.
Please note:
Please keep in mind that only undamaged, unused and original (no customisations or engravings) products will be accepted for exchange or refund. In the instance that the product is not faulty but a refund is requested - Exchanges and replacements depend on stock availability. And also warranty will only be upheld if all the requirements are met.
