Please take note: Due to the special type of vintage leather used, the bag may appear to be a little "worn" or "scratched". This is part of the style of the bag and is especially made by applying a special kind of wax to a full grain leather surface that has been buffed and smoothed out. The type of wax used rests independently upon the leather fibers allowing the coloration of the leather surface to change if rubbed without the colors immediately reversing back. This process of rubbing and altering the color shades is what causes the antique appearance of our bags. As a rule of thumb, we remind our customers that our leather bags are like friends, making new ones is great but they get even better over time with age.
